We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via direct contact from you or email. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation except our marketing platform, Mailchimp.   • Send you notifications of our monthly workshops at Cass Art Kingston, Redlees Studios and other locations as they arise.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information, your information is protected both online and offline.

While Mailchimp uses encryption to password protect your information online, we also protect your information offline. Only individuals who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, sending our notifications about workshop dates) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
